OVERVIEW
Assist and support Marketing Director with various marketing initiatives including event support, visual content creation and marketing materials management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Event Support: Assisting with preparation of marketing materials and logistics support, for events such as First Time Home Buyer events, Customer Appreciation, and Branch Anniversaries
- Creating Visual Content: Designing simple graphics, editing photos and videos for social media, website, or presentations using tools like Canva
- Website Content: Updating the Community page on the website with recent events. Maintaining the Events page to ensure it accurately portrays upcoming events.
- Marketing Materials Management: Work with Marketing Director and Business Development Officer on organizing and updating marketing collateral, such as brochures.
- Work with Marketing Director and Securities & Facilities Admin to create an organizational system for Swag inventory and ordering.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated desktop publishing and other related software competence including the Adobe Creative Suite of InDesign and Photoshop. Knowledge of the Adobe Suite's illustrator program a plus. Experience in Wordpress and Canva. Able to use various office equipment (Mac and PC) and software including MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong written and oral communication.
